The new Noble was filmed at Top Gear yesterday.

Apparently it did exceedingly well

Must be the M400. I didn't think the M14 actually worked (then again, with Lee and his boys you never know).

Has to be the M400 if you want it to be top dog....the M14 is more high spec interior pose motor (no offense intended...I want one!) than the all out racer that is the M400.

Either way, can't wait for the review. Sky+ already programmed for series record

OK.

The only information that I have is that it was the one which costs £40K+, so I guess that is the 400 rather than the £75K one.

The final snippet is that it beat the GT40 of last week. Can't recall how high up that was but I think it was near the top.

Everyone there seemed over the moon that a £40K British car had whooped a lot of much dearer kit.

I'm guessing that it will be on TV either this Sunday or next.

Sorry to be a bit sketchy but I was just eaves dropping on Clarkson and someone else And Don't know much about the scheduling but the only bit we didn't see was the Stig bit for the show so I'm guessing that it is the Noble and it's this Sunday. Caveat Emptor.

Well the M400 is 56k IIIRC? Still the point still stands.

Ford GT is still a beast though, 0-100 in 7.8!!!

Oh well, with some luck it will firm up residuals, although apparently the glowing S2 Exige review (and that was an amazing advert for it imho) hasn't done huge amounts for S2 Exige sales.

I took the car down yesterday for Stig to post a time. Not sure when the programme will be aired, though. It may be carried over into the next series, but check out the final two progs in the series to make sure.

Sorry - can't give any more info than that.

Could someone please record and post the video for those of us in the States that can't watch the show?

Horse apple - the Merc v12 is the Stig’s steed this coming Sunday as they failed to get it on the track last week. Not sure which Noble it was but I did hear it had beaten everything - but then Clarkson is prone to hyperbole
