Thinking of upgrading my Titanium April 3R (4000 Miles, CD, Aircon, track sump etc) to an M400. How much could I expect to get for the 3R in the open market.

Alan, what, after spending, wasn't it, £16,000 "5 minutes ago" on Irish taxes - you must own a lot of cows and potatoes mate?! LOL :-)

Alan,
After spending such a short time with your car, and at such a high cost to change up to an M400, is it worth it?
To change to an M400 will give you approx 21% power increase over your 3R. After spending only 4,000 miles with your 3R, have you really challenged your limits to the full potential of the car? Or does your ego / personal fulfilment require the change?
I would suggest sticking with the 3R (even picking up the local tax) and find what the 3R is really capable of. I'm sure you could find another 21% from your own driving standards / limits, unless you are a professional racing driver.
The rate of development at Noble is so fast, you could be changing cars faster than changing your underwear.
Then again, if you find the limit of your 3R, it might be the other way round.
Cheers,
Ian.

Not quite Justin. I'm not saying that there is little difference between the 3R and the M400 because there is a substantial difference. My advice is coming from someone who is very close to both the 3R and the M400 and the cost implication at this stage for Alan to change.
Without have a poke at Alan or any owners, a true observation at any driving (track) day is, there is a huge difference in driving ability between owners in the same cars. Wouldn't it be better IMHO to find another 20% from yourself before deciding to spend more money? Unless Alan is of course, a really notch driver. Like you Justin.
Cheers,
Ian.

LOL!!! :-)
Good points Ian. Yes I have alot more driver development to do so I wont notice the extra 21% for a long time but its just Im going to drop 20k on tax when I register here and so wont to drop it on the best longterm investment.
Any idea on how much I will get for my 3R?
Justin . . . Heart over Head - - Yes yes yes.
