The US build manual has 5.5 inches rear, 5.0 inches front, measured from the ground to the chassis at the centerline of the axle for the 3.0L cars. Before I set the ride height, I check the tire pressures and weight the car to simulate the way it will normally be used. If you don't have slip plates, be sure to roll the car forwards/backwards (or drive it around the block) before remeasuring the ride height after you make adjustments...
