I think the seats in the M12 are very uncomfy yet the Sparco ones in the M400 are brill, come on Noble the M12 needs an oil gauge and the Sparco seats before you can even consider competing with TVRs etc!!

Amen to that! (Seats in particular).

Noble owners, I dare you to honk your horn while visualizing squeezing a clown's big red nose. The sound really seems to fit .

...it does make me grin when I the horn but it's soooo out of keeping with the purposeful and agressive look of the M12!!!

We currently have no plans to upgrade the seats in the 3R to M400 spec. It's not simply a case of replacing the seats, either: the gear tunnel and footwell have been re-engineered in the M400 to accept the Sparco seats.

As for competing with TVR, we're not trying to (as I must have told a thousand people on our Motor Show stand over the last two weeks!). Each car has its own unique character and each will appeal to very different buyers. Officially, we have immense respect for Mr Wheeler and his company and believe that there is more than enough room in the UK market for both of us (and Marcos, Morgan, Aerial, et al). The choice has never been better for the British sportscar enthusiast!

And point taken about the horn....

Simon,

Myself and Andrew have upgraded our M12 to the Nautilus
www.topgear-sales.co.uk/airpowered_horns.htm

Suits the car well.

It's now also become standard fit on the Marcos TS500

When I asked Simon about the horn at the show he said that when they told Lee he didn't know it had a Noddy horn! I'm expecting mine with a SCANIA horn! Martin.

Totally agree about the horn. I now let anyone take any liberties whatsoever without using it. Too embarrassing!

Can't see anything wrong with the seats though. Suppose it depends what shape you are. I'm sort of 'person shaped' if that helps at all.
