Anyone experienced the fuel cap not coming out properly?
The flap lifts and twists, but something feels like it's catching and stopping the cap form releasing.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
Jay

Is the rubber pipe that joins the cap to the tank sucked inwards ? If it is, just pull off the breather pipe from the filler cap and let the pressures equalise, the the cap will come off...

Undo the jubilee clip that holds the big rubber pipe onto the filter neck bit. Then you can move the pipe out of the way and get at the filter cap from underneath.
