my M12 seems to have disconnected the gear selector bracket and I cannot get any left and right movement, anyone heard of this problem and better how to fix it ?, I have spoken to someone in Noble and apparently it needs a full break down of the back end to weld back on, anyone any experience ? THANKS

Melted gearshift cable near front turbo?

Do you have upgraded gearshift cables?

Could also be a failure of the shift lever support/location assembly inside the tunnel. Not an easy fix.

My car done a similar thing there is a braket that is connected to the chassis(below the tunnel it can be seen with a torch if you remove the small inspection panel) that the gear stick rod with a rose joint goes through.Mine broke off just had it welded back on.Not saying that is your problem but yours has similar symptons to what mine had.

cheers Chris
