Sorry - no idea, I'd never heard of that!
Any more specs? Price? It looks very "LeMans" racer - very nice!

500BHP V8 and 940Kg they say so it's going to be quick. In some interview the designer's said it'll be the 'price of a Ferrari' so £100K+ I'd guess.
To be honest, if they do keep it less than a tonne for £100K they're doing very well. Looks like it's got periscope exhausts doesn't it. Interesting.

Needs a rear spoiler though. But that's just me....
Technicaly it won't need a rear spoiler as the introduction of gas flow exiting the exhausts into the airflow over the rear deck area of the car should create sufficent turbulance within the airflow to work as an effective anti-lift device. Won't give you any downforce though.
Matt
Why does everyone try to get technical?
The effect of exhaust gasses exiting should be even less an effect on lift as say winding down a window.
People seem to forget that aerodynamics at the front of the car are equally important and subtle changes can mkae more difference. Not just to balance lift and dowforce but also to gain stability and reduce drag. Sticking wings on aint the way forward. Besides, from the pictures, underbody aerodynamics look like they'll keep the thing down.
I like the car but you couldnt drive it to work everyday very easily, its not really comparable in my eyes.
At the end of the day, beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Style should follow function, thats all I'll say.
No problem. I should really have put some in me answer. The periscope exhausts are a bit daft. I can't believe they don't know why the F1 teams do it, and how they haven't done that themselves (lower the back as much as possible).
I remember a few years back when the first F1(ish) LeMans cars came out, all spoilers etc. I want one of those, on the road I thought. Got my 3R now. Close enough.
Cheers
