Anyone with issues struggling to get Hyundai to react?

Has anyone here experienced issues with their Hyundai? I recently bought a brand-new Tucson with multiple factory defects, but the dealership is refusing to take it back under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, and Hyundai UK is ignoring the issue.
I’ve brought this directly to the CEO of Hyundai via a LinkedIn post, highlighting how the company is refusing to get involved. I was thinking if more people share the issue in comments it might help us all to push them to start reacting to complaints. I'm happy if someone wants to start a fresh Linkedin post as well.
