Boost drops before going up?

My 2006 Kia Sorento 170 hp diesel has this weird issue in the video i'm accelerating not full throttle but maybe 25% then i give it slightly more and you can see Boost and all Gauges drop down boost goes down from 16.82 psi to 8.41 psi then goes back up, no smokes nothing from exhaust full throttle and no issue
