Car pulling to the left

I have an i30N which has developed a fault. I’m hoping someone might have a technical explanation which they would care to share with me please. It seems to occur during the first few miles of driving, just driving along and the steering will pull to the left suddenly. After a few miles it doesn’t happen. No warning lights or sounds. Any ideas? Thanks
