Mystery nut

Hello all,

I bought a used Hyundai i20 recently, and in the glovebox was this stubby nut&washer with a hex hole in the top, sealed in a clear plastic bag. Washer diameter is 22mm.

Can anyone tell me what it's for?

Thanks very much - no it isn't, and the car's had a service inc oil change today (I'd forgotten this was in the glovebox until prepping for that), so there's clearly another one doing the job! I'm guessing this one was just provided as a spare then, or maybe to indicate the oil had been changed at point of sale. Thanks again.
