i had a 24hr test drive of one a fortnight or so ago, i quite liked it.
my old girl wanted something different and she quite liked the look of the stinger, so we managed to get a day with one, the 3.3 v6 too.
for the money, 7 year warranty and incredible amount of kit you get i dont think you can fault them. the interior isnt a patch on the germans for quality and style, the buttons on the dash are horrid imo, but you do at least get nappa leather.
the v6 gets pretty much everything as standard, the options list is tiny and most options are stuff like mudflaps/mats etc.
i found the sat nav screen pretty poor, and looked about 8+ years behind everyone else.
power wise it pulled very strong, certainly feels as fast as the sub 5 to 60 says, the noise it makes isn't bad but its not very loud, quite muted as i expected.
the v6 comes with an lsd as standard, but twice when i put my foot down the back end didn't feel anywhere near as planted as my f80 m3.
one thing that got on my nerves but is only a minor moan is the amount of warnings and chimes when you start and exit the car.
i've driven my fair share of modern quite fast cars but i'm no car reviewer, i'd give the v6 stinger a 7.5/10 all round.
when they drop to about 10-15k i'd happily have one as a daily .

I had one for two weeks as a hire car in NZ in January. It was the 2 litre petrol, 240 bhp or so, so not too slow.
Impressions in a nutshell:
Looked great in pearlescent white
Under damped in “normal” mode, felt quite floaty. Everything tightened up nicely in “Sport” mode, but then the throttle was too snatchy for town use, so flicked between modes depending on where I was
Generally handled well, high levels of mechanical grip, steering felt ok (thankfully not devoid of feel)
I was happier once I’d worked out how to turn off all the lane departure warnings, speed limiter etc.
Interior quality and fit and finish, despite what people say, is very close to the Germans
Well equipped, electric seats with electric thigh support, bolsters, and 4 way lumbar - seats were very comfy, and I did a lot of miles in it.
Overall I really bonded with it, even the locals were asking me about it at filling stations which was nice!
Every time I see one now I want one.
