Zen Auto are no longer operating, so the website appears to have disappeared, or at least I can’t find it.

My car is due for collection soon, and the petrol flap has stopped sitting fully flush. It still closes and locks, but it sticks out slightly. From what I’ve read, it’s a common issue that’s normally sorted under warranty, but I don’t have enough time to get it fixed. I’ve already dealt with multiple warranty problems with this car and I’m honestly fed up with it, which is why I’m handing it back six months early (and paying 40% to do so). Typical that it throws another issue at me right at the end.

Does anyone know if the flap not sitting flush will cause any problems at hand back?

Also, does anyone know whether they expect the tyre pump and first aid kit to be returned?

I think only they can tell you, assuming anyone is left.

Our ZenAuto vehicle went back in December and went straight to Big Motoring World. We’ve still had no communication regarding charges, and as each day passes that seems less lightly.
