I ordered a lot of kitchen equipment from a supplier . Free delivery over £300. Spent £1300. A charge of £40 is made for large or bulky items .
It's a kitchen worktop and cabinet business.

Relevant to some insurance policies too.

"Windscreen cover is unlimited".

What does that actually mean?

"We will pay for any glass damage".

So no capping, and I can take to any shop to have it replaced?

"Correct. Anywhere, yes, as long as it's Autoslags".

If the car dealership was somewhere like Rhayader then the claim could be true. (Sadly, they're on the edge of Birmingham).
