Used car: what has electric parking brake, and is under £5K?

Used car wanted - must have electric parking brake, and be under £5,000.
Not for me, but a friend came to me for advice and I was stumped.
It's their first car, so a low-ish insurance group is needed,
Small to medium size (i.e. Corsa to Astra size only);
Petrol (or hybrid) only.
Must be Automatic.
Ideas welcome, i.e. makes/models, not specific cars.
