For comfortable long distance wafting or sportiness? If the latter probably an Emira. The former, maybe a F-type

Lexus LC500 worth a look also.

Ten year warranty from registration if the Lexus servicing is kept up.

I'd be tempted with the Merc AMG GT(the first generation).

They surely sounded awesome, can’t ignore that engine capacity. Old cars now though, hold their prices too.

I have been looking at these. Not sure if it’s my type of car but they look different.

I would certainly be tempted with a v12 vantage manual

Prices should hold fairly steady for a good while.

That, or a GT4 at a push.

Will always be a sense of occasion in “taking the Aston out”

Definitely an LC500.

Should still be under manufacturers warranty too for a few more years, not that you'd need it.

The AMG GT is a very good option at this price point & will feel like an event at any speed:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202509216...

V12 Vabtage:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202205266...

The Vanquish is also in budget:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202507214...

The Emira is a very good car & worth at least a test drive imo:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202505252...

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202509106...

The LC500 is a Japanese version of the GranTurismo & it's another car that shines at low & high speed:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202508225...

On the fully sportscar side of things are the 650S:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202509286...

& 12C both of which are great buys as well as making you feel special, they're not quite as relaxed (nor are they meant to be) as the above at lower speeds but they're something special:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202507224...

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202509236...

Clio V6:

https://www.autotrader.co.uk/car-details/202506163...

599 over budget but if you can stretch:

Lc500, they feel special, not something you can say about a cayman gts etc.
