What does the service history look like?

And finally, why do you think there might be problems with the low mileage?

What year is it? I ran a 2005 facelifted 2.0 TDCI hatchback as a daily driver for 9 years. Purchased with approx. 5000 miles on the clock and sold with 113,0000. A great car overall. Handled well for what it was, fast enough, very practical.

Injectors can go (same with any common rail diesel engine) and are expensive to replace and get re-coded. The wheels on mine corroded badly. Other than that it gave 9 years faithful service and never let me down.

Ran perfectly.

Wouldn't worry about low mileage

Unless they specifically have a 14 day no quibble return policy, this is not something that you will be entitled to when buying a second hand car in person from a dealership.

Cheers folks, just went back on dealership and someone has snagged it already, not surprised it was 40.000 miles, full service history and just shy of 3 grand😏
