If that's not relevant it's just down to kit vs your choice of looks.

Off the top of my head the GLC will not have panoramic roof, Burmester sound system, electric memory seats, heads up display, night pack (black instead of chrome exterior plastics), upgraded wheels. The CLA would have all of this

The GLC is a much nicer steer and feels more well built compared to the CLA. For me it would be a no brainer
