Used car advice
Discussion
Hello,
I've just recently joined the forum and was looking to see if I could get some advice for my next purchase.
I've got about £6500 to spend and I'm after something a bit sporty or just got a bit kick to it. As currently I have a C1 and would like an upgrade.
My criteria would be:
5 door
Hatchback
Not fussed about fuel
Decent mileage and in good state of repair as I will be using it to put the Bambino in. As the C1 is not the best
Something with a bit of poke to it, as I've never owned a sportyish car and feel the need for a change and excitement.
If you have anymore questions then fire away as I always feel like I never cover enough or put enough information on.
Thanks,
Jamie

At your price point I'd say a warm hatch is the better option than a full fat model, you'll get a newer car with sensible miles & good reliability too.

Don't think I've ever recommended a BMW before, but for your budget I'd go for an i3, given you say fuel doesn't matter. Assumes you have off-road parking. It's sort of a 5 door, but not quite, but more interesting and fun to drive than an astra or kia ceed.
Will feel like a rocket ship Compared to a c1, and alongside the i8, the most interesting cars they've made in the last 10-15 years.
