Anyone purchased from Cinch lately?
Discussion
I’m looking to hear of any horror stories or (hopefully) some positive reviews.
I normally wouldn’t go for a distance sale for this kind of sum (30k), but they’ve got a vehicle in the exact spec I’ve been looking for. Very well priced too.
I’m assuming they’re all ex-lease that go through BCA and webuyanycar stock?

I bought a F-Pace from them back near Christmas.
Overall i'd say I was happy with the service and would use them again. Plus points was it arrived on time, met the description they'd listed and was a straightforward purchase process. It was clean, tidy and the member of staff showed me around the vehicle. I purchase most things through Amazon and I saw it as a plus point being able to do it with a car. Im pretty sure if i'd wanted to swap within 14 days the no quibble return thing would have been honoured but I cant confirm this.
Unfortunately my trouble came a few weeks down the line. It came with a 3 month warranty that covered the cost of the repair but I was unable to use it for well over a month whilst trying to get a suitable independant to look at it, and whilst they were there I had to pay for some extra work that wasnt covered under the warranty. I dont blame Cinch for that, probably whoever sold the car to them.
One thing i'd be wary of: If you care about the service history other than confirming the dates it look place via email I couldn't get any meaningful history or information on prior work on the vehicle to validate it
Hope that helps

My lad's just bought a 2nd EV from them - no problems
It's his third car from them. The first had problems so they promptly refunded him, collected it and he bought another like for like.
He did however later find out on a forum, that the car they took back from him with issues was simply sold straight onto someone else with nothing addressed or fixed.
