Is there a simple way of checking if a prospective auction purchase has an insurance marker against it? There's the CUE, can't determine if it's free or not but the website isn't clear.
If you can see the reg start to make an advert for it on Autotrader and it does the main checks against the plate before you've written a word or got near paying.
