Hi everyone, after some inspiration for finding my next car, sold my C63 a while ago and missing not having a car, I want something ideally 4 door and that is going to be a fun car to use at the weekends and on trips away and possibly a few track days here and there, budget upto £30k but ideally £20k so I can spend some money having my classic mini fixed up as well that’s been sitting sad in the garage for too long, so far I’ve been thinking of the usual suspects as M3/4 for top end of budget and then a megane trophy or maybe a golf tcr to leave some money for classic mini spending, hopefully can get a few ideas I wouldn’t think of and can help, thanks

Take a good look at the 308 GTI, they're a cracking steer & you'll have a nice amount of change to spend on your Mini smile

Saloon wise I'd recommend test driving the XE S 380:

VXR8, every journey will be special & they're a bloody good steer too. Also they're the simplist to maintain & depreciation is probably the lowest:

Lexus IS F a car that grows on you & also has a bombastic V8 too:

F80 M3:

At this price point I feel the M5 is better value but the M3 looks so much better:

I bought an Hyundai i20N last September and have been very happy with it. Seems to fit pretty much all your criteria....even the 5 year warranty covers track days. Pretty sure they've stopped making them now but a year old one with very low mileage should within budget.
