Hi, I bought a pug 3008 1.6 auto in April, it came with 9 month mot a partial service history. 2 weeks after I got it the aux belt went, little was I to know that was the start of A heap of problems, during the May heatwave the blower motor stopped working, worked out fit was the motor itself and along with the aux belt the Seller ( trader) paid for repairs to the aux belt, and then sent me a fan motor expecting me to pay to have it fitted. Then the brakes started making a funny noise and I had creaking when turning a corner and a metal on metal sound when braking, I took it in and my pads were none existent, I had only done 1200 in the car but it did have an advisory on the car at 82600, I had them replaced at 84700 and discs too as they were so scored. Since then I have brake lights coming on electric handbrake fault and fault lights est faults lights etc. my question is this car was advertised as being serviced before sale and even stamped in the routine service book which gives a list of stuff that should be checked, do I have a claim against them for my brakes having had to replace them after 1200 miles, I am already going through section 25 with him to get the light and other faults fixed.
