New Audi S3, which option
Discussion
I am thinking of ordering a new S3, since very few lease deals are around and the PCP option is currently the most viable.
Here are the options;
1. Audi S3 Black edition, Daytona Grey no other options
2. Audi S3 Black edition, Daytona Grey, Tech Pro Pack
Costs.
All include a £6k deposit from me and some discount based on 10k miles p.a.
Vehicle 1
24 month PCP £367.44
36 month PCP £391.63
48 month PCP £391.35
Vehicle 2
24 month PCP £434.60
36 month PCP £444.00
48 month PCP £435.52
I am trying to figure out which is the best purchase option, they all have the same £6k deposit. What do people suggest?

Is the tech pack a must have for you ?
Iirc it’s about £3k to have.
Not really, looking at the figures it is expensive. Coming from a 128ti that was on a lease offer that had basic LED lights. Iirc it’s about £3k to have.
I suppose what I am asking is which is the best cost option, staying with the cheaper over a shorter period or going over a longer period?

As of now how long do you plan on keeping the car for ?I suppose what I am asking is which is the best cost option, staying with the cheaper over a shorter period or going over a longer period?
I assume the apr is Audi’s current standard rate ?

Here's cost per mile calc for you.
A lot depends on what you plan to do after the PCP expires, or if you plan to pay it off early.
Personally I'd avoid the 4-year one, as in year four you're out of warranty and need an MOT, but will still be tied into main dealer costs for servicing/repairs.
That's interesting, supposedly there is a service promotion currently but I haven't found out what it is yet. I am not sure about four years, but as someone else said on here the Tech Pro pack lights, electric seats are very appealing. However value for money I think the standard black is better. I am torn on the tech pro pack and length of time. I don't plan to keep it at the end, will probably part x it for something else.

In which case and given your other comments I’d be tempted to suggest car 1 over 3 years with a service plan that gives you 2 services I think. I am torn on the tech pro pack and length of time. I don't plan to keep it at the end, will probably part x it for something else.
My wife took out the plan on her RS4 which I think was £528 or so.
Some cheaper, very similar alternatives…..

Those are lease deals of course, so rather different.
Completely and the are also old models which have huge back end support at present, not appealing enough even then. Residuals:
I can only get them on option 1 as the standard car (at the time of typing this).
2 year - £30036.15
3 year - £27124.40
4 year - £24555.60
