Any idea why Manheim auction fees for buying in Scotland are significantly cheaper than buying in England?

It’s to help balance Scotland’s higher personal tax, higher tax on booze and higher tax on flights in and out of the country.

Thanks for the reply, but I doubt a car auction company would consider those aspects.

Does seem strange they charge considerably more for English buyers which is the majority of the sites they operate vs Scottish.
