Just sold my Vantage.
Was thinking sell my VX estate and get one do it all roomy 4 seater
Had a MB CL before
Went to look at a BMW 6GC today. Very nice inside. Would be sensible and lots of choices. Not sure what is best options on them

However my head was turned by a Bentley GT. 2011 facelift model. Not really incognito for work and may ruin me lol
Interestingly the 6GC is just as much to insure?
S8,S6,Ghibli all in the mix. Ideally not more than 20k. However the GTC would blow that

Ha, I was literally just in the same boat.

The runners for me were:

M6 GC
Masser QP GTS
S8

Ended up with a S8, right spec / age one came up at right price.

It is EPIC! Bit of a barge yes, but a true battleship of a car with a turbine like power delivery that destroys the weight. Its in gear punch is superlative to say the least.

I had a panamera turbo s a while back - handled better but not sure it was any quicker.

Also, Audi warranty is £1,250 fully comp with £250 excess, no brainer for first year. Check oil strainer done under recall.

I am very pleased. Will scratch the GC itch at some point though, they are well regarded.

Masser is meant to be very sporty, but warranty is more like £2k with warranty wise (good I am told) and a very dated infotech system.

….to add…came from a 540 XDrive. Newer for the money, capable but no comparison to the S8.

Just been looking at S8. Some look lovely and others poor. Don’t really want a black interior which limits supply

I was browsing Facebook marketplace yesterday and an Bentley Flying Spur popped up.

Was in the Sussex area. Have a look, can't be many on there for sale!

Looking at a late model 6GC tomorrow with good spec.
Bit bummed by the cost of insurance though.
My Aston was £150!
BM more like £750

£3K for me!! 50, 20 years NCD, 1x car theft, the dreaded London post code lottery!
