I’m about to make an offer on a car that is going to be px’ d.

Is £2k over motorway/carwow a fair offer?

They value the car at £60k.

I want to make a fair offer, so I thought I would see what others think.

I was thinking it was fair.

The car has some nice mods, so I will offer £2k over carwow (they give the best price) and ask the seller to give me a price for all the bits he’s bought separately.

I’ll buy them to make things easier for the seller rather than selling the parts on eBay or forums.

Agreed to pay £2500 over carwow.

Happy with that.

Seems like a nice guy and I’m not a fan of car dealers these days.
