Manual V8's with 5 seats

Thinking about buying a second car for weekend drives and taking the family to car shows. I'd love another V8 but I am a bit of a manual purist and the two don't always go together.

Criteria:

- V8 engine
- 5 seats
- Manual gearbox (I've had DSG's, ZF8 auto's, Lexus 8 speed auto, old school auto's but still prefer manual)
- £20k or less

Cars I've thought of so far:

- E39 M5
- VXR8
- B7 RS4
- E90 M3 (although these have always left me a bit cold, not sure they are special enough)

What else am I missing?

Edit: Saloon or Estate, not really into SUV's or 4x4's

Assuming you're going for saloons, I can only think of Audi S4 and Vauxhall VXR8 in addition to yours.

A manual gearbox mated to a V8 is a rare combo for sure. Both my Cerbera 4.5 and E92 M3 were V8's with a manual, but both weren't without their flaws though.

Ah yes, forgot to mention that! Saloon or Estate. Not interested in old Range Rovers, Landrovers etc.
