I'm wondering where I stand and the best course of action for me ?
Quick back story - Bought car from a main dealer, they refurbed all 4 alloys, sent pictures and I was happy. Car was delivered, I paid for delivery as it was quite the distance. Upon delivery one alloy is kerbed, rang dealer straight away and he said he would sort it. Nearly a month later and I'm being fobbed off each week. I have 30 days 1000 miles no quibble return, but this seems a little extreme for 1 damaged alloy. I do like the car and want to keep it but feel I shouldn't have to pay to refurb the wheel.

Get it fixed locally, send them the bill.
Torture them repeatedly until reimbursed. If they fail to, leave them a less than glowing review.
I'd not reject an otherwise perfect car for the sake of a £50 wheel repair.

Just give them a date for the work to be completed by or you will then arrange for the wheel to be refurbed and you'll invoice them

As above, get it done locally and send them the invoice.

It's really not the end of the world and certainly not something to return a car over!
