Help deciphering service history

Looking for help deciphering the highlighted service notes from 2010 Subaru Forester - hoping it may say something about cam belt change ?

Oil and Pollen plus ……. ?

That was 9 years ago, I would not be too concerned about whether or not it was changed as it will surely be due a new one by now.

Oil, air, pollen, plugs, seems like the obvious interpretation.

Definitely nothing there that looks even vaguely like cambelt.

Looks to me as though it says "first change ever" against that oil change. i.e. the car was 5 years old and had covered 52,000 miles before it had any servicing at all.

...unless there are stamps for previous minor services and this is just referring to the plugs etc.
