Buying a high mileage plug in petrol X3

Hi all im in need of some advice please I’ve seen a really nice BMW X3 plug in petrol 70 plate with 98k miles on the clock now I suspect these will
Be motorway miles but I’m not sure weather to buy it with that amount of mileage on it with it been part battery powered what do you all think? Would it be silly?
