Daily driver recommendations for up to 52k

Had my current car for 12 years which is now starting to have regular repairs and so looking to get a new car to replace it.

Looking for a daily driver that is also fun to drive which has a bit of sound. Ideally looking for something still within the original manufacturer warranty so needs to be a fairly new used car.

I’ve been looking at the RS3 and also M340i LCI as options but any other cars I should consider please? Also looked at E53 and C43s. Four wheel drive isn’t a must either.
