MOT ‘mileage unknown’ Red flag?

Afternoon all

I’m probably just about to stick a bid in on a new, very low mileage van for my Wife.

One small problem, the mileage for its first MOT states “mileage unknown”. Run away or nothing to really worry about?

If it makes any difference, the first MOT was due April 2020, right at the start of COVID lockdowns, with a second MOT carried out six months later.

This must one of the most common question on here ffs. It's unknown as it's the covid extension as the screenshot clearly shows.

It’s the first time I have come across something like this, and as I hardly ever frequent this part of the forum, it wasn’t a question that I’d seen asked before.
