I have a specific requirement for an estate car that has a boot opening size (floor to top of aperture) of 73cm minimum, I don't want an SUV.

So far I know the old Volvo V70, Skoda Superb and Octavia and Merc E-Class will do it, are there any others?

The RIDC website is what you need. The advanced search allows you to set various different dimensions.

Cheers, none of those are my wish list, but eventually beggars can't be choosers!

73cm isn't much. Most cars would fit the bill surely?

I came to post this.

Great resource for finding out dimensions of prospective estate car purchases, especially if you like to fill the boot.
