I got your note, the challenge here (traditionally) is that if I bid and win I am legally obliged to pay and collect.

You won’t want to transfer money in anticipation / advance of winning the car etc etc

I’m not a trader, best bet would be a friendly local garage willing to buy on a cost plus basis subject to a reasonable deposit.
