I'm into the last year of my Audi A4 lease and I'm going to struggle to get anywhere near as good a deal as last time. Ends in December.
2 litre Black Edition £360pm, 36 months, 3 month down and 8k per year.

When is the best time to actively start looking to sort the next deal out?
I don't want to be left without a car.

Cheers

If you like it that much you could see if they would extend the lease...

It's an option but i feel like a change (depending on how much the deals will be at the time)

3 years ago - interest rates were a lot different to what they are now. So finding a like for like deal, with a like-for-like car ..... 2 Hopes I'm afraid - Bob and none.

Does it have to be a lease ? Some Dealers/Manufacturers that happen to be finance companies too ..... are doing 0% on PCP (afraid it's Volvo I'm aware of as colleague has an XC60 on order @ 0%)

Yeah I got the current deal just before the prices rocketed.
I'm open to any deal..lease or PCP.
I've seen the volve one but I think it is 50% deposit iirc.
