My sister has asked me for advice on a replacement for her Nissan 370Z which she lost in the Luton car park fire and I thought I ask you guys. She has £20,000 and wants a fun convertible but she also wants a every day town run around that is a hatch or a small estate.

Two! If I was looking for myself I think I would go for a Lotus and a Alfa Giulietta I think, I would split the budget £15,000 and £5,000

I looked at a 10 plated RAV 4 for her, I initially thought of a Boxster fpr the convertible, but the TT is better value I think, a SLC Merc also seems a good car for the price???

Curious what is a convertible Evoque like?

Wife has had 2 TT coupes, gen1&2. She really liked them, they aren’t very involving on the bends but do go very well in a straight line. No idea about the evoque but a VW Eos might fit both requirements
