Green Car Scheme vs Lease

I am able to access the Arval Green Car Scheme through my work, I am in need of something relatively large (baby on the way, space needed for dog in boot).

I have plucked the following 'deals' from Arval that I have shortlisted. Arval Green also includes insurance, breakdown cover, glass. No deposit required.

I only want 24 months and 20000 miles.

BMW iX3 M Sport £605 pm
Mercedes EQE Saloon 300 180kw Sport Edition £511 (I know not overly practical but good price in my eyes)
Range Rover Evoque P300e S £605
Tesla Model Y RWD auto £638.

Are there any comments on the above cars/deals or alternatives that may be on the market?
