Advice needed / owners experiences for future purchase

So im going away in January with work for 6 months, when im back ill be in a position to treat myself to a new (used) car.

There are a few things i want, despite hours of searching on youtube for vids and reviews, a good old forum i feel is the way forward.

So i need the following:

300bhp +
Hatched boot - we’ve got 2 cockers that generally go in the back seat, but when we go to the beach they travel in the boot.
Petrol preferably, but open to diesel, i miss the noise from a petrol engine.
Pano roof - also nice to have.
Auto
5 door.

Ive currently got this shortlist:

Kia Stinger GTS (3.3)
F36 440i
B9 S5 Sportback
Mini Countryman JCW (All4)
Cupra Ateca
Audi SQ5 (tdi, but the petrol if budget allows)

Its an even split between suv and hatch saloon.

Im looking for advice and owners experience of the above, and if youve moved to these from another car etc. not purchasing until august / september time, sonplenty of time for more research and reading your answers.
