Best Car to fit all requirements! Max budget 8K.

Looking for expert opinions for my brother, mainly do city miles but a 60 miles trip on weekend and two 1000 miles trip a year (during Christmas and summer).

Budget Max 8K, 5 seats, low mileage and should be very reliable.

Not an exciting choice but Honda CRV, or any Honda for that. They have been by far the most reliable cars I've owned. Even sheds that aren't that well looked after just keep on keeping on.
