My trusty house reno skip car has finally had its day, with the engine seizing.

No point in repairing it, but was wondering if anyone in the Midlands area, knows of any scrapyards that may take the vehicle and collect it too?

Thanks!

I used motowise. I'm in the west mids
They seem to let various scrappies bid on it or whatever.
My car got collected within a few hours, I got £100 or so, though this was a few years back

Car Take Back are pretty good, just Google them put in your reg and postcode, a price will be generated, if you accept they will collect, we use them all the time at work, I would say the average is circa £250.00.

Used removemycar.co.uk back in January, no issues with their service.

Last year i scrapped my missus old mitsubishi, i trawled all the scrap your car sites and used Easy Salvage from Darlaston who offered the most.

This was based in shropshire but i presume they cover the whole west midlands.

Seconded - I used them last October and got £389 for a rusty 15yr old skoda with expiring MOT, it was a CoPart truck that collected on the day and money was in my account before they left.

Sold mine to CarTakeBack also. Easy.

The office lady even emailed me their details to fill in online (for DVLA).
