No idea...we just bought a non compliant diesel as it best matched our needs. Don't care for values.

ULEZ arrives in a week so it's been factored into used values for many months, if not the last year or so since the expansion was announced.

Obviously, less of an impact for buyers a long way from London and / or any other zones, so cars in rural Cornwall / Norfolk, likely to be affected slightly less. I doubt we'll see values slip further next week as the cars are still useful to a lot of people away from London etc.

You'd think right...

But I've recently spoken to a couple of people who plan to change their car due to ULEZ but haven't gotten around to it yet.

Which makes me think, are we putting too much faith in people's ability to plan ahead and will it cause a mad surge of ULEZ compliant cars being swept off the market?
