Which EV Charger?

As above, which EV charger is considered to be the ‘best’ in the current market?

Ideally would like one that can tell me via an app how much each charge has cost etc (if that’s possible?)

No solar or batteries.

Smart tariff - not at the moment, I fixed my energy before prices went through the roof, so happy and enjoying the reduced bills. However, I will switch in December when the fixed rates expire.
