Hi,
Can anyone give an unbiased review of the 3008 diesels? Looking for a cheap daily run around and seen a few of these in my price range. Drove one last year and seemed a comfortable drive but just not sure on the reliability of them.
I know being french there's a possibility (or guarantee) of electrical issues but have these been sorted or are they still plagued by issues?
Thanks in advance

You might need to be a little more specific about which model you're looking at... It could be a £1500 2010 car of the old shape or it could be a 30k brand new model.
If you're looking at the newer models then I think they're a surprisingly nice place to be inside, they've retained enough buttons that you aren't constantly having to focus on the central screen to use basic functions and of the people I know who have them I haven't heard any complaints.

Apologies. Yes looking at the earlier models. You really have a glutton for punishment, Robbo. Instead of spaffing another £1500 on a Peugeot rescued from the scrap yard, spend it fixing up the car you've already bought.
How is that relevant to the question I asked here?
For your information the car I bought is not worth "fixing up" as you put it. More problems were found when the garage did a thorough check before I bought an engine.
Not sure what your budget is but decent ones are around 2-3k.
