Stick or Twist?
Discussion
1800 miles a year is next to nothing; generally I think lower annual mileage favours running an older car, since maintenance scales more with miles than depreciation does.
I tend to find when I buy a new (to me) car I spend a chunk of money upfront getting it in order / how I like it, so I wouldn't change to a similar car 'to save money', as it probably wouldn't.
So unless you've cunningly deferred maintenance on your current car and let a load of issues build up before WBACing it, I'd be inclined to do the work.
Only other reason I'd change would be for say a Panda with the TwinAir engine (if you want that), or if there's something about the Dacia that you'd prefer.

Probably just a 7 year itch, and wondering what a 9 year old panda will be like when its a 13 year old panda!
On that mileage probably about the same.We have an 8yo low mileage Hyundai, plan to keep it till the wheels drop off.
18 months in with the current Fiat 500 1.2. 7 years old and 19k miles. Rinse and repeat.
