Advice v5 problem

HI guys currently put a deposit down on a VW t6 private sale really want the vehicle everything checks out as it should only it's a early 2016 one of the first euro 6 engines with adblue but the v5 has it listed as euro5 ? Spoke to VW who confirmed it was eu6 and said must have been an error on registration .
Having spoke to DVLA they have said that upon receipt of a letter of conformity from the manufacturer they would change the v5 and the ULEZ stuff should I continue with purchase if VW Provide documentation I would need or should I walk away ?

If VW can give you required info to get the V5 changed then I don’t see the issue here?

It's kind of the way I'm thinking but didn't want my wanting of the vehicle to cloud my judgement never dealt with the DVLA for v5 changes don't want to purchase the vehicle then they make hard work out of changing it I live in Manchester so we've got a ulez incoming and as I will need to use it for work don't want to have to sell it a few months down the line
