Tesla lease prices
Discussion
I regularly do research exercises where i look at next cars (me and partner) and run costs etc.
I think i'm going crazy - Tesla, specifically the M3LR seems to have jumped in cost, both in PCP and lease rates.... you used to be able to get a 3LR for around £460 inc vat personal lease (not including the deposit, which was usually around the £4k mark) can't seem to get one under £600 pm at the mo.
It seems the m3p has stayed the same but the LR has jumped - the 3P is only £27 a month more expensive now.
Even the EVs at KIA seem to have jumped - what is going on out there? Chip shortage ? War ? Greedy people ?

The LR is very popular with salary sacrifice and company car drivers, far more supplied by those methods than on personal lease. They then bump up the price as the end user doesn't really notice due to the tax saving and the finance company pockets the profits.
The same applies to pretty much every EV. Our M3P per month when we signed up in 2019 was half what it would cost today.
