How to write car sales invoice when selling to a trader?

Hi all, long term lurker never a poster but this seems like the best place to ask this question and hopefully someone can help. Im selling a car advertised on auto trader (I’m a private seller) to a motor trader. They have a paid a deposit via FPS and will be sending someone to pickup the car and complete the rest of the sale also on FPS. Once it clears in my account I will be handing over the car and completing the DVLA forms online selling to a trader. I want to write him an invoice/receipt but all my searches online how to write an invoice/receipt only appear to be for a private sale, not to a trader. Does anyone know how to write a sold as seen receipt to a trader please? Any help very much appreciated.

If a trader is buying it and they haven't said anything about it why bother ?
A trader knows the score.

Just give him a standard receipt. Traders don't get preferential terms!
