Rarely, I have to dog sit for my sisters dog and have to move a few bits reasonably often. But I’d like a coupe

What fast lift back coupes are there from around 2007-2014?

Audi TT & Alfa GT are the 2 that spring to mind.

On the budget end...Hyundai coupe. And I think a very late model Toyota Celica...assume you might be looking to spend a bit more though.

350/70z / Cayman are but doubt a dog would feel happy in the boot of one of them.

Jag XK? There's a thread about dogs in a Jag XK boot.
Depends if it's a Saluki or a Chihuahua!

Mildly off topic, as we don't know budget, but 370z nismos can be had insanely cheap on PCP - 379p/m. I have been very tempted.

Lovely car until you take a look at that dashboard, it's like being transported back a decade with regards to car interiors.
Obviously taste is subjective though.

A BMW Z4 Coupe (2006 to 2008) might work.

I wouldn't try this in a Cayman though...

Just like the CLS isn’t a coupe the Stinger didn’t exist before 2018

Our Porsche Panamera always has the dog cage in the back.
Nicely deprecated so cheap to buy; not expensive to run; quick enough (even as 250bhp diesel); well appointed; still rare on the road and look good in my opinion

If it's a smaller coupe - Toyota GT85/BRZ, Honda CRZ, Scirocco.

Wouldn't you have more choice with a 3 door hot hatch, BMW M135i, Golf GTI etc.

You are definitely correct with above ^^ but I'm pretty happy about my options here. current thinking is Audi S3, Golf Ed 30/Pirelli or a BMW M135/140i. I just wanted to see if there were any coupe options that I hadn't thought of, where I could put the back seats down if dog sitting. (I used to do this with the MGB GT I had years ago and it made quite a large space)

I'd be looking at an Alfa Brera

I wouldn't fancy putting a dog in the back of a 350z.
