No... The price is the price. You can price the car however you want but at the end of the day competitive pricing for your particular model/spec/condition is what will sell the car. Just consider it to be a cost of selling the car and price it based on what you think the car is worth and/or what you want to get from it.
I'm not in the trade and I'm not an expert but it appears that used car prices have slumped a little from their peak mid-late 2020 and so it feels like more of a buyer's market than a seller's at the moment.
